You can sign up by mail, email, fax, or phone.
Deadlines are determined by the type of vacation—bus, plane, international or cruise—you’re taking. Scroll down for a complete table of Due Dates.

Occasionally, certain trips may have an earlier deadline date due to limited availability or other unique factors. The exact deadline date for each trip can be found on the Trips section of our website. If a trip is sold out, the website will be updated to reflect this information.
The Traveler Application form provides us with your contact information and information about the care you need. If we have a Traveler Application document from you that is less than 5 years old, we only need to know if something has changed.
The signed Release form gives us permission to include you on the trip.
The Pre-Trip form gives us the most up-to-date information about your contacts and health.
Special Journeys will send you an Itinerary 1-2 weeks before your trip departure that tells you all you need to know about when each trip activity will happen, along with the time we will pick you up. If circumstances–like weather–require plans to be changed, we will let you know as soon as we know.
