Note 1: The Preview My Vacation Program provides a series of trip material that involve the travelers in preparing for the trip so that they can fully anticipate and get excited about their upcoming vacation.
Note 2: Vacations that involve an airline flight or cruise are identified on our website and in our booklet. Specific details about your flight are provided with each trip’s itinerary (released approximately two weeks before the departure date). Travelers who sign up for a trip with a flight or cruise must provide their full name (as appears on their ID Card, Driver’s License, or Passport), date of birth, and gender. Inaccurate information may result in being denied boarding a flight or cruise. Special Journeys is not responsible and will not provide a refund if a traveler is denied boarding due to inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
