We kick things off in Reno, where the energy is high and the fun never stops. The group will enjoy a full day of casino excitement—trying their luck at slots, soaking in the lively atmosphere, and experiencing the classic Reno vibe. Often called the “Biggest Little City in the World,” Reno blends casino excitement with artsy neighborhoods and outdoor beauty. Think neon lights, rolling dice, lively casinos, and friendly energy all wrapped into one. And in the evening? Live shows and performances (once the schedule is announced) bring even more energy to your night out in town. Reno is famously fun and welcoming — a perfect kick-off for our adventure!

Up next, Tahoe! Just a short scenic drive from Reno, Lake Tahoe is a natural wonder — a huge freshwater lake surrounded by the towering Sierra Nevada mountains. The water is famous for its crystal-clear blue color, and the scenery is jaw-dropping no matter the season. Tahoe offers endless outdoor fun: hiking, kayaking or paddleboarding in summer, stunning fall colors, and world-class skiing and snowboarding in winter. It’s a place that feels big, beautiful, and unforgettable.

At the heart of South Lake Tahoe sits Heavenly Mountain Resort, one of the area’s most iconic outdoor destinations. Spread across both California and Nevada, Heavenly boasts expansive terrain and spectacular panoramic views — including stunning views of Lake Tahoe from the mountain tops.

We’ll take a ride up the Heavenly Gondola so we can see and expansive view of the lake. It’s a 2.4 mile ride up the mountain that delivers the most unforgettable view of Tahoe’s blue waters and rugged peaks — perfect for photos and soaking up the awe-inspiring scenery. Mid-ride, you can stop at an observation deck for snacks and even more vantage points before continuing to the summit.

In winter, Heavenly is a top ski resort with an extensive network of runs, but even outside ski season the gondola provides an amazing way to enjoy Tahoe’s natural beauty without any skiing at all.

To top it all off, we’ll enjoy a boat ride on Lake Tahoe, gliding across crystal-clear waters surrounded by alpine scenery. It’s a relaxing, refreshing way to soak in one of the most beautiful lakes in the country and end the trip on a high note.

From the boat’s decks, you’ll see the lake’s incredible clarity and color — sometimes looking so shallow and clear it almost defies belief. Emerald Bay is widely considered the most beautiful part of the lake, and a cruise brings you right into its embrace without any hiking required.
