Join us on this exciting trip to explore the amazing city of Chicago! Chicago has so much to offer and enjoy, we'll be sure to show you the best places in the city. We begin this trip with the thrilling activity of skydiving…. Indoor skydiving that is. What better way to get to know Chicago than by being blown away, this is the Windy City after all! We will visit iFLY where we'll step inside the 'flight chamber'. This one-of-a-kind experience will allow you to feel what it is like to soar above the ground. The flight chamber is an enclosed glass tube approximately 20 feet wide where a strong wind will push us up in the air so we will actually be flying, just like skydiving, but a whole lot closer to the ground and in a much safer environment. A professional flight instructor will guide us into the tunnel and spot us the whole time we are inside the tube, and an operator will watch and control the power of the wind from the outside of the tube to ensure our safety. Once inside the tube the operator will turn on the air at a speed high enough to allow us to begin to float above the ground. While inside the tube, we'll be flying with the help of our spotter who will assist you getting into your super flying position and then float alongside to help you learn to fly like a pro. It's an exhilarating, fun, weightless experience that you'll never forget!

After building up our appetites with 'skydiving', we will learn how to cook authentic Chicago food by taking a cooking class in the city, because the best way to get to know someplace is to eat the local cuisine. So get ready to 'mangia' at Chicago's Chopping Block's Old School Italian cooking class. We'll make Italian food just like Mamma's, that includes meatballs, marinara, homemade Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce, delicious garlic bread, and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. We're getting hungry just reading about the menu! This class will allow us to learn how to prepare tomato and cream-based sauces, work with fresh pasta dough (yes, that's right, we'll be making the pasta too!), and rolling meat-a-balls. Yum!

But don't forget to save room for other classic dishes of this city, because a stop in Chicago just wouldn't be complete without enjoying a famous Chicago dawg (hold the ketchup!) or a deep-dish pizza, New York style pizza has got nothing on this slice!
