Accessible TripAre you ready for the UNPLUGGED version of Branson? We are!
This trip is all about the attractions that you’ve always wanted to do but were too busy watching spectacular shows to have time to!
We will start this epic adventure with a tour of Table Rock Lake by hopping aboard the beautiful Branson Belle. Also known as “America’s Most Entertaining Lake Adventure” this classic showboat is themed after the majestic boats of the 1800s. The Belle has the classic red water wheels on the back that help propel her along the water as we sit back and watch a dazzling show. The Branson Belle travels at a whopping 6 miles per hour while we enjoy a delicious 3-course meal. After the extended intermission, which we’ll use to take in the beauty of the lake and its surroundings, we’ll then watch a talented group of singers, dancers and entertainers perform lively music from the 60s to today.
Our boat theme continues at the next attraction, Titanic Branson! This is finally your chance to see what it was like aboard this famous luxury liner. Here we can experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins, and yes, even the Grand Staircase. We’ll even be able to feel how cold the water was the night the ship sank, a very cold 28-degrees. As we enter the museum, we will all receive a boarding pass of an actual Titanic passenger or crew. This pass will give us access to the amazing replicas of some of the ship’s structures and over $4.5 million worth of artifacts. Learn how to send an SOS distress signal, experience the sloping decks of the ship’s stern as she descended, shovel ‘coal’ in the Titanic’s boiler room, and sit on an actual size lifeboat. The Grand Staircase is one of the replicas of the museum, costing nearly $1 million to build, it was constructed from the original Harland & Wolff plans. We will also hear true passenger stories of their experience on the ship.
Our next UNPLUGGED adventure takes us back to the future, or as the attraction calls it, ‘Techno-Tainment’ where technology and entertainment collide! At Beyond the Lens there are over 150 interactive exhibits where we can hunt for Big Foot, ride on virtual reality rides, play virtual reality rides, and so much more! We’ll have plenty of photo opportunities with things you’d never imagine, like aliens and a T-Rex. But if taking photos isn’t your thing, don’t worry, just hop on into giant space-themed ball pit, or ‘Walk the Plank’ which is a virtual reality game where you soar high above a cityscape and walk a tightrope.
When we’re finished at Beyond the Lens, we will head over to their exciting attraction called Flyride which is a virtual flying experience. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to fly and see the world from a bird’s perspective? This is your chance! If you’ve missed our wonderful trips to NYC, Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, this is second best way to see the sights! This free-floating multi-person ride glides and tilts as we soar, turn, dip over some of America’s most inspiring landmarks. The giant 4 store curved screen, wind, scents and other amazing effects will make it feel as if we are there flying above it all.
And for our last adventure in Branson, we’ll stop by the Promised Land Zoo. At the Zoo, we’ll get to make your wildest animal dreams a reality with the VIP Animal Adventure. Have you ever wondered how slow a sloth really moves? Or how soft their hair is? Or is it the fur? Now is your chance to find out by holding one! Not only will you get up close to a sloth, but you’ll get to hold, pet, feed and experience more wild animals such as baby monkeys, reptiles, baby joeys, capybaras and more! How cool is that? The staff will bring us through a guided wild walk around the Foot Safari and view and feed animals. And that is just the VIP Animal Interactive portion of the day. We still will get to enjoy the many other exhibits of the Zoo where we’ll get to see many rare and endangered animals from around the world.
It’s a wild, high-flying, spectacular tour of Branson that you’ve never seen before!
