Saint Louis Adventure

The enormous brewery grounds themselves are quite beautiful and there will be an opportunity to visit with the famous Clydesdale horses!

Along the lines of animals, we will visit the Butterfly House. This amazing attraction will give you some up close and personal time with hundreds of our winged friends. Experience butterflies as they show off their colors and graceful movements. If you’re lucky, they will even land on your shoulder. You will also see many different butterfly pupa (chrysalis) and newly hatched butterflies. Union Station is a great place to hang out, shop and of course have a meal at the Hard Rock Café. Hard Rock’s high energy atmosphere will have you rocking in no time (not to mention enjoying a great meal)!

History buffs will enjoy the Westward Expansion Museum. This museum will teach us history of how the area was settled using interactive exhibits. Bring the camera for up close pictures of bears, buffalo and other wild animals. At the Transportation Museum we will have the opportunity to ride a trolley, see antique cars, a tug boat and even an old airplane! There are numerous locomotives to explore including a Mother Hubbard, a camelback that was acquired from Purdue University in the early fifties. The museum has many rail cars as well including the largest train tanker car ever built (the whale)!
